Called and made my daughter an appointment because she was sick for 3 months straight and her pediatrician referred her to the allergist. The appointment was for a month and a half out. Got a call a week before saying they needed to reschedule for 5 months out because the dr wasn't seeing patients with "his" condition. After correcting the person who called that my daughter was in fact a girl I told them to just cancel it all together. What a waste of time.

Im really concerned about a recent experience I had with an appointment scheduling. Last Monday, I had an appointment, and on the preceding Friday, I got a call to confirm it. They mentioned that the appointment would involve seeing the doctor virtually. After they told me this, I asked a follow-up question, and then the call ended without any additional details provided. The next day, Tuesday, I called back to inquire about not receiving any link or email for the virtual appointment. Unfortunately, the receptionist, who made me wait for 10 minutes, was quite rude and claimed that she had informed me it was an in-house visit but with a virtual consultation with the doctor. However, this wasnt mentioned in the transcript of the call, which my phone records. Now, theyve had to push my appointment almost three months later. I really think they need to improve their communication with patients and their record-keeping. Its also concerning that I didnt even receive a notification that I missed my appointment. Along with the lack of response to the voicemail I left them the day prior.

Love the doctor and the staff. They are always friendly and try to help the best they can. My whole family and extended family comes here and we will always give them business. Place isnt cleaned the best but they work and get you in and out. Doctor doesnt rush you and always try to work with you and understand. Girls in the front become familiar with you and do their job as they supposed. I hardly receive a bill here but I know I have a balance. We have done sleep studies, allergy testing, asma testing, allergy shots and no issues at all. I get reminders by text and phone and have no issue if need to cancel or reschedule. This is a medical facility and they see a lot of patients. I know what it is to work in a medical facilities and so I have to be flexible with my schedule and so should you and things will flow like they are suppose to. Any gift ideas? They love sweets. Will always recommend.
