Nate was awesome, very informative and no pressure. We purchased a previously enjoyed pool table and the crew did a beautiful installation with a new color of velvet. It looks brand new and our family is already enjoying it daily. Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

I do like this store and the owner, Dave, seemed like a good guy. I have bought a pool table and a shuffleboard table in the past from them.
Problems started when delivery of a new pool table and ping pong table kept changing and a lot of different conflicting excuses came with it. It was apparent that honesty was not included. The final straw came when Nate, flat out told me it was my fault I lived on a mountain and they dont want to deliver. Blaming the customer that you were happy to sell to, but not happy to follow through with never ends well.
First I was lied to and then insulted. I asked for a refund and Nate said I needed to wait a week. Dave did call that day and issued a refund.
Its sad that I try to shop local and support local but the customer experience at Prianos was horrible. No pool table, no ping pong table. Have to go online to get it done right.
