If you use this company please make sure they respect your neighbors private property. We came across Brad and Russ on our property placing markers on our land. As Brad described doing his due diligence and saving their client 1,000 by doing this. We did not give Fram & Smetana permission to be on our property let alone place markers for land surveying. Russ and Brad admitted to trespassing without permission. With that being said Brad called me pumpkin numerous times and asked how I at a young age could even afford my property. That is none of his business and maybe I look younger than i’am however, I don’t deserve to being talked toward in a condescending way. Please retrain your employees to be respectful. Also, we noticed Brad had a large machete on his side. After our conversation we noticed several of our tress has been damaged. Brad will trespass, talk to you in a condescending manner and then damage the trees on your property.

We needed a survey done quickly and Russ was on top of it. We very much appreciated his clear, responsive communication, attention and quick results. And having the bill come in as less than we were quoted was a bonus. We will definitely be using them again.

We have used Frame & Smetana's Engineering and Surveying services for Five Decades. Recently we have employed their expertise in Elevation Surveys and advise for Flood Abatement. They gave us realistic appraisal of the situation as to necessary amount of work required and costs. Superb Services!
