      Troy,Neither I nor my assistant know who you are or remember you, assuming you did call the office. At times, we have had to tell people that we are not taking new cases. It has been that way since shortly after COVID began, and has continued. The population of this county has surged, and there are not enough lawyers. I never thought I would say that. But we lawyers have to manage our caseloads in order to give clients good service. Sometimes there is no alternative but to turn someone away. I understand the frustration if you encounter that with every call. That said, a 1-star review because someone will not take your case is not an appropriate use of the review-system.
