I recently visited this location and the customer service was fantastic! I have been wearing contacts for years and wanted to get a new pair of glasses, so I ordered some after my recent eye exam. After wearing the new glasses for awhile my eyes had issues adjusting to the new lenses. I called and spoke to Brenda and was advised to stop back in on my way home from work. Once I got there the team asked me some questions and recommended that I try different lenses. The team then ordered the new lenses for me and also offered me free contact lenses trials to get me by until my new eyeglass lenses come in. This team has gone above and beyond to make sure i get the correct eye wear that works best for me. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this location for your future eye exams, glasses or contacts in the future!

Be aware!!! Once you spend your money, they don't care about you as a customer. This office told me that warranty I was buying in April of 2022 was covering any sort of change to eye glasses(including a prescription change) and after I spent $500, now they want to charge me for getting lenses changed due to a prescription change. Employee that sold me the glasses no longer works there, how convenient is that?! Office manager offered no assistance, just wasted my time. There is no way I will ever go back to that office. Incompetent employees, who keep "misspeaking" all over the place. 1st, Employee who sold me glasses misspoke about the warranty. 2nd, when I called a week ago to double check on the lenses change being free, I was told it would be free. Yet, according to their manager, Brenda, "I am sorry we misspoke". Get your contracts in writing, guys. That office word is non existent!!! Never again! Updated February 25th, 2023. I wrote to patient relations 2 times and no one got back to me. Shows you how much they care to resolve the issue.

The doctors at this office are amazing! Also the staff is very helpful. If you are looking for a great place to get your eyes checked . Look no more.
