Waited in the room for 40 mins to be seen. The F-NP came in the room and didnt announce herself or who she was. Didnt even ask me my name or say hello. Just jumped right to it.. like I was wasting her time and she wasnt getting paid for this visit!! Anyways, she spent all of 3 mins w/ me. She asked 4 questions and was like ok were going to test you for the flu and just walked out the room! Like umm maam..hello!! Do I wait for someone, do I go somewhere.. like what!!?? I waited for another 15 mins before anyone else came in the room to do the test required. WHY is this place still open! I truly felt like she didnt care about anything especially not me as a patient! Ill rather drive to Abq before going to X-press care EVER!!

Horrendous experience. Went in for allergy treatment for our daughter. 3 hours after the treatment she got extremely sick and they claimed it wasnt from them. We cancelled the treatment. Now two months later they are billing our insurance company and us for services not rendered on a date we were not physically present. This place is fraudulent. Stay away from this place.

The wait may be longer than other express cares, but not nearly as long as the wait the hospital has. Extremely thankful that the doctor here took time to listen to my concerns about my baby and helped us.

This wait takes forever all.clov8s cliniccs and hospitals just suck they wait worried about people exceptaking there money been sitting her 2 hrs already

Ive been going here since I moved to Clovis three years ago. You may have to wait quite some time if you go in the afternoon but to me its worth it. Pleasant doctors who are willing to take the extra mile to make sure youre being diagnosed correctly. Thank you so much for making my experience great
