        I had a great experience working with Cody and Brody in Clive. They have helped me get my home gym put together with several pieces of equipment. Both were knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend working with them both.

        Only have been there once and will never go back. Cody was very rude and condescending. He sat on his butt and was very sarcastic toward my son and when asked for him to approach us differently and apologize he refused. Gross. Dennis, thank you for acknowledging Cody could have, and should have spoken in a more appropriate way to a child. I appreciate the phone call as well.

      Your 1 star review was waiting for me this morning.....sorry you first experience in our store was apparently well below your expectations. I visited with Cody at length regarding your encounter, and while he could probably have dealt with the situation better, I don't believe it warranted an apology to your son for telling him to respect our equipment.
