image Was at the Clifton Park Restaurant. The waitress was great the food not so much. My husband's burger and fries were cold I ordered the chicken wrap and fries the fries were cold the chicken was cold and they put a salad mix on the sandwich. If I wanted cabbage and carrots I could have gone to Price Chopper and got a bag of salad mix. The waitress went to the manager and the manager said they always make that sandwich like that. I told her the manager is a lier. I get that sandwich often and have never had a problem. The cook failed tonight. What if I had a problem with cabbage and or carrots look on your menu it does not say it has cabbage and carrots on it. It says lettuce tomato cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.

image This was a let down at least half way. He ordered steak with potatoes and broccoli and it was fantastic. I ordered turkey tips and chicken tenders with honey BBQ. What I got was turkey, no chicken, in zesty sauce.
The waitress didn't come back for awhile, so after a few minutes of having the wrong food, decided I guess that's what I'm having, otherwise we would have been eating our meals separately, or him eating his cold. When she did come back and we made her aware of the situation, her reply was "oh, I'm sorry ", and that was all. No offer to correct it, discount it, or even get the chicken tenders that i was supposed to have. I think what i got was actually $1 more also. Everything on my plate was drowning. The asparagus in the Dijon sauce, the turkey in the zesty sauce and the colesalw in mayo and water. The coleslaw was bland and watery, i couldnt eat it. The asparagus were so small I could have swore they had their own plant in the kitchen they must have picked them off. The zesty sauce was too spicy for me so i ate enough until i couldn't stand the taste and zest anymore (4 or 5 pieces), he had a few and we packed up the rest to give to a homeless person. We've ate at ninety nine before and had great experiences... but this wasn't one of them.

image Checked it out for the first time, won't be going back again. The server was great and the drinks were cold but the food was garbage. Dry, no flavor etc. I've had better food on an airplane.

image 99 Restaurant was a decent meal at a great price. Everything was fresh, well plated, and came out timely. There was nothing notable about the meals just good eats. The staff was friendly and our waitress did an excellent job of refilling drinks and bringing our food out. The most interesting thing about 99 is they don't give, bread or chips, but popcorn when you sit down. There is a bar area that you can sit at. It also can accommodate large size groups. Handicap accessible. Everything was clean and up kept. Would stop in again for a reasonably priced reliable meal.

image 3rd visit in 3 month to the Queensbury location.
Less than impressive experience this time around. No popcorn no straws when drink delivered. Apps an meal was good. No follow up by server or his trainee that was working with him. Told manager. She said will keep an eye on them. May not be going back for a while.
