Came for a professional to do my oil change left with a tick in my engine and oil dripping down the road. Currently waiting for them to fix it with no rental provided and no refund so I payed 105 $ for my car to be broken.

I recently visited the 150th location to have my fluids topped off in between oil changes. While I was waiting in line, I had unexpected car issues that seemed to lock my car in place which would result in me needing a tow. I explained to the employee, Robert, what was happening and how I couldn't afford a tow. This wonderful guy went out of his way to help me figure out what was going on with my car in the MOST positive way possible...which lead to a lot of laughs and learning for everyone involved. Robert went out of his way to ensure that I understood what was going on with my vehicle by taking pictures, and also showing me firsthand on my car. His customer service was exceptional and he really helped me out of a crappy situation.
