This is a tough review to write. Nick and Dave seemed to be great guys. They treated both me and my sister very well as far as customer service. Always friendly and taking time to talk, to offer you a cold bottle of water on a hot day of car shopping. Very willing to work with you. However they were never upfront with us about how bad a shape this Van was in. They kept saying it was reliable and that it came from their uncle. I came into their dealership on a Friday in mid June (2020) looking for a reliable vehicle for my disabled sister to drive. I explained and stressed that it had to be reliable and had to last. They showed me a Dodge Grand Caravan with some rust and quite a few miles on it. They told me the Van had belonged to their Uncle and they both knew the vehicle very well. They assured me it would be reliable and last for a while. There was a rough sounding noise coming from under the hood which I repeatedly asked them to look at before my sister drove it home. I left the van with them for several weeks to make sure it was running well. It stalled out a few times and the check engine light came on. I think that Nick and Dave were not happy that I was repeatedly asking them to make sure the van would do what they claimed. In Mid July when my sister got out of rehab from major leg surgery she came and picked up the van and drove it home. Shortly afterward, the radiator blew, the alternator went bad and we found out the noise under the hood was the water pump going bad and it had a broken motor mount. That was all in August. Then mid September, the engine blew out. Now the van is residing in it's final resting place in the junkyard. The mechanic who pronounced the Van DOA said I had way over paid for it. I wasted money on a vehicle that lasted less than 3 months. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from Nick and Dave. They are nice guys willing to work with you, but I don't think they really pay attention to the care of the vehicles. So I would say, take someone with you who knows cars and has mechanical knowledge of them to check over any vehicle you might want to buy from Auto Xchange Bank. I wish I had, but I made the mistake of trusting them.

They was wonderful they took they time with me I told them what kind of car wanted and they made it happen I really appreciate them. Check them out I promise you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Nick
