Attorney Ms. Resar and her team are awesome. Rauser Staff worked hard in assuring we get through our Chapter 13 with success, despite the bumps both my husband and I had throughout this ordeal. Thank you Ms. Resar for being patient with us and working diligently in helping us get through our Bankruptcy.

I had an excellent experience with Rauser and Associates, particularly Steve Emery as he is the lawyer that worked directly with me. He is very knowledgeable and helped me a great deal, not only with my chapter 7 but also with some issues that came up with an old creditor afterwards. The entire office is very kind and helpful and they were a bright spot in one of the darkest points of my life. I am so glad to have a fresh start thanks to them.

If I could give them a no star I most certainly would! They took my money and just gave me a lawyer they dont listen and one of my debt collectors was still able to take money out of my account not once but several times and yes this was after filing my bankruptcy! They say any lawyer can assist you but thats a lie no other lawyer wanted to help with my case and the one I was given didnt care about what was going on with my case she did not even communicate with me on anything! Its sad! I was referred to this office and Im most certainly regretting it! No one returns your calls or knows any accurate information! Or timelines! Do yourself a favor dont bother coming here. You pay all this money to try and get your life back and it still turns out this way no that's horrible customer service!

I didn't even get past the 1st phone call before they were being rude and unhelpful. I won't tolerate unprofessionalism, PERIOD. And I was hung up on, the ultimate ugly and uncalled for, all because I was eager for my appointment. The attorney called 1 time, I had the phone in my hand and for some reason it went straight to voicemail, and his voicemail basically said to reschedule. I called right back, letting him know I was available. He never picked up, never called back and I couldn't reach him. When I contacted the office to let them know I was available and to express my disappointment that the attorney didn't even TRY to reach me, but the one time that's when the ugliness I mentioned escalated. It's so disheartening to receive this type of unnecessary treatment. Just disappointing. I've already contacted a different attorney to move forward with, but this was just so unnecessary.
