I am having a difficult time with this dealer ship the communication is very poor! And they have had my car for 8months! And when you try to call it goes straight to voice mail. This place has gotten very unprofessional! I have had to pay a car payment and car insurance for a car I dont even have! And I still have no answers on when my car will be done. Do not go here! I am usually not one to complain or leave bad reviews but they deserve it. A very unhappy customer!

I wanted to take a moment and mention the overall wonderful experience at Spitzer Kia. Jayden Centifanti our dealer sales representative was amazing. He worked with us and took the time to understand our needs. He was very thorough and made sure to be respectful of our time. Jayden made the buying experience very enjoyable and met all of our needs. The entire team at Spitzer were friendly, professional and transparent during the process. I would highly recommend buying from this group.

I hate having to write negative reviews! But I cant see how I could leave this one alone. And I know people read negative reviews and say well, people who write these are people who get mad at everyone, or have too high expectations. But seriously, after all the encounters Ive had with dealerships and really any customer service issues in the past, this stands out as being one of my least favorite experiences. We had a decent experience with purchasing our new vehicle at this location, it was a pretty quick and efficient process. We purchased some aftermarket items to be ordered and installed once they arrived. For this appointment I scheduled a loaner vehicle so that I could drop off my car. When I arrived there was no loaner available due to poor communication with the team. After a bunch of confusion and me standing there waiting for 45 mins, someone recommended that I rent a car for $45, in which I explained that would not be justified since I was promised a free loaner, so instead they offered me a ride home (which was nice but inconvenient since I still has no car all day and was expecting to have one.) When we came back to the dealership later in the day to pick up our vehicle, we inspected the installation of our items in which one (the bumper protector) was installed so poorly, we had them remove it. It was applied with greasy finger marks and bubbles underneath the sticker/bumper protector. I was told they would have to order another bumper protector and have it installed the following week. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment for the bumper protector, I waited over thirty minutes for them to tell me that the item had not yet arrived and to come back next week. At this point, I asked for a refund for the item. In my opinion, it wasnt worth driving 30 mins back and forth to the dealership to have a $40 item put on my bumper. The service person said she would find out about a refund and would get back to me. After TWO weeks, I finally received a call to reschedule for the item installation with no mention of a refund. I explained that I wanted to be refunded and was simply told The item was worked into your loan. It wasn't paid for individually. Really!? Yikes. HORRENDOUS customer service. I dont expect miracles and understand there are parameters, but no talk of compensation for all the BS, dropping the ball left and right and very poor communication is why I give them 2 stars. My service person was empathetic, but lacked the follow-up to make her empathy feel genuine. The purchasing process was fine, but get your service elsewhere.
