      image My furnace went out a few days ago, I found out what was needed. Gave them a call to find out it they had what I needed for my very old but in great condition furnace, the woman i spoke with was very nice and allowed me to text her pics of exactly what i needed, for that i am very appreciative! Once I got there the gentleman at the counter had already looked at the pic and know what i was there for......Great service!

      image Stopped in recently post covid 2023 understaffed abrupt personnel. 1991 was the prior most recent time I was in the store. Stay away not good any longer.

      John, I'm very sorry to hear that we must not have been able to help you and also that one of us might have come across as being abrupt. That is definitely not how we conduct business here at all, actually it's just the opposite, because our reputation is that we always help everyone as best as we can and as much as possible. We take our reputation very seriously and we always strive to do our best to uphold that reputation! While I appreciate your review, I definitely respectfully disagree with you. You stated "not good any longer" so I'm taking that to mean that we were good on your previous visit back in 1991?? Next year will be 95 years of being in business for Menyhart Plumbing & Heating Supply so I really feel and believe that we have been and still very much are doing something right in helping everyone as much as possible which keeps people coming back. If you've only been to our store or really any store for that matter twice in 32 years, again with all due respect, I am honestly not really sure that you or anyone else at that point can truly give an accurate and fair review of how that store operates on a regular basis. We have never been understaffed, not before, not during and not post corona. It is possible that we might have had a couple of guys off that day or maybe on lunch when you stopped in, but again, I'm not sure. Since I don't know the exact circumstances of your visit, I would like to ask you to please feel free to contact me directly at your convenience because I would be interested to hear what happened to make you feel this way.
