Great communication.  Scheduling was very easy.  They were PROMPT! Very nice delivery team.  Treated me and my home with respect.  Dishwasher was properly installed.  Absolutely no complaints.

THEY DID IT AGAIN! RXO rescheduled the delivery, and then once again LIED and said that they could not deliver because no one was home. It is interesting that they LIE about an hour into the delivery window, rather than wait until the end when one would think they were falling behind. Both times they LIED on the front end - which shows FRAUD and that they never intended to even try to deliver. What do you have to say about that AI "Bryan"? Let me guess: "Hello, I apologize on the problems surrounding your delivery that is not the type of service we aim to provide. If you can please email us at [email protected] ..."

I've gotten used to the potential for bad service post-pandemic. But, this company goes way beyond just not providing good service and delivering when they say they will. They outright lie on their tracking forms and claim that they cannot deliver because customer was not home. I've had numerous companies use them for delivery over the past year or so and every single time has been awful.I had a couple of typical no communication, no shows, just dumping the delivery in my driveway and not taking away the delivery material experiences. Those I don't like, but my recent experience with the RXO division in trying to get a Peloton bike has been beyond. there they fraudulently state at the beginning of the delivery window that they couldn't deliver. Even though people in my household were home (often taking off work to be there).They commit FRAUD and LIE repeatedly.
