I had an investment property in Orlando. I am out state female, my parents, in their 80's, but highly functional, met the maids. They misquoted on the phone. The scamming began as soon as they got in the door and saw my parent's age. The quote magically doubled. Then the two maids started working in sloooooow motion. They wanted extra for this, extra for that and "We don't do windows." My parents kept calling me, "One maid is on the phone, the other is barely working." I called the central office to complain, and they did nothing. I had them kicked out at the hour mark, and asked mt credit card company to dispute charges. Think again before trying to steal from a New York female business owner and mentally agile parents!!!!

The Blue Team is nothing short of a miracle! I have used other cleaning services and they don't even hold a candle to the amount of cleaning The Maids performed on my house yesterday. The attention to detail, the efficiency, the sheer quality, I'm stunned. Their prices are reasonable, especially when compared to what I previously paid and what I previously received at these other companies. This was only my first cleaning but I have no reason not to expect miracles on my monthly cleanings also. Yadira (the team leader) was incredible, communicating really well with her team and also with me as needed as they moved through my house. I hope Blue Team is always assigned to my cleaning schedule but I'm sure any team will be equally phenomenal. Very pleased to have found this company! Service: Standard cleaning
