The fixed my AC. Pricing was reasonable. They didn't push me to buy a new AC like the other companies did. They fixed the problem, explained a few things that I didn't know and cleaned it. The techs were presentable and clean. Good to not see someone who looked as though they had been drug through the mud.
The thing that sold me was that they didn't wear their shoes in my house. I know it's a small detail but it makes a huge difference when u have small kids on the floor, husband has allergies and you spent a week trying to keep the house clean. Who wants dirty boot prints to clean up?
For that reason I will use them again and again.
