I'm spoiled with my court reporters! First time with D&D. No customer service skills- overpriced, rude, disrespectful and inefficient - split reporters in midstream - made a duplication error of exhibit and didn't adjust - increased costs to copy - charged appearance fee for every hour plus the full fee per page and tried to double last thirty minutes until 5:30. Failed to confirm videographer after requesting same and not telling me that they don't handle it leaving me to search at the last minute but finally found one that was fabulous - would recommend him all day long. Set up depo in 3/10 renta-a-office. Can't recommend.
