        When my family needed some extremely technical home restoration, Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay was my only choice. I've known David Adams for over 20 years and knew anything he's involved with will be done thoroughly and with no stone left unturned. I was not disappointed. The house was restored to original condition and then some! Hats off also to J.P. for going above and beyond what was expected. Traci was also phenomenal in communicating with the family. If my family needs future restoration, it's Restoration 1 of Tampa Bay!

        We had mold cleaned from our AC and ductwork last week. We were informed about the process before it started, and we knew what to expect. Technicians arrived on time and did a thorough job. I really appreciate their answers to my questions. It is a huge relief to have the mold cleaned it was a BIG job. Thank you to Robert and Andy for their excellent work.
