        Thank you for not seeing me today, the last day I have insurance, because I was honest about having a cough but NO fever. I've waited a month for this appt as it's the first one you had. I have no control over when a get a common COLD. No compassion.

        This used to be a decent place to go, but now all they care about is money. Any time you need something- such as a change in the same prescription, you can’t go in without an appointment. They also don’t work with you on payments and threaten to send you directly to collections immediately if not paid in full or taken directly off your card. In addition to that, everyone seems to have an attitude when you call for assistance. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

        Took my teenager girl today and everybody was amazing the staff from Front to Check out.. Dr.Ruiz was amazing to me and my Daughter. My Daughter loved the whole staff and Dr. We will be returning for F/u appt. She Took time with my daughter and had to pay self pay due to nobody takes my daughter insurance no problem with that.. Thank you at Bay Area Women's Care.

        Highly recommend Bay Area Women's Care. I receive care from Sharon Welsh she is very caring and takes the time with her patients. I have been a patient of Sharon's for 20 years. Office staff and nurses are very caring also.
