The 1st 3 times we visited floor & decor we walked out unhappy with no more of an idea of how to rebuild an entire home as we did before the 3 trips from Tarpon Springs. That was until we met Frieda! Freida was an absolute God send. She took her time with us. She looked at pictures of our property before the storm to understand what parts we wanted to change and what parts we loved and still wanted to incorporate. She had the daunting task of helping a homeowner who married a builder be able to picture how everything would look put together. Even though my spouse and I had entirely different design ideas likes and dislikes Freida took everything into consideration in making our design ideas. From one appointment to the next she continued to build off of previous designs and whenever we saw her she had another option to choose from. She was dedicated and diligent. She used prefab cabinets from the shop in order to better match materials. For 7 solid November until now(April) Freida has single-handedly designed 80% of our entire house. All 1662 sq ft! She left no stone unturned no detail was missed. Every I was dotted every T was crossed. We have three types of beautiful flooring throughout the house she even helped to pick the perfect flooring for the outside porch. Our bathrooms backsplashes even down to the tile in the walk-in shower is perfect every detail our home looks like it's fresh out of a magazine. 20k materials that we would have never spent there if not for Freida. She deserves a raise and a corner office!! Today she was not working when we went in to finalize our last jobs of the house which is the master bath shower to jacuzzi conversion & 2 wooden accent walls. I was not met with a helping hand when asking if she was available. Not provided an option to schedule an appointment. Of the 45 minutes that was there only one gentleman that asked if I needed help picking up a heavy box of tiles. It is truly wonderful having a store like this available available to the public where you can literally design your whole home but without the proper staff those dreams cant become a reality. I am still leaving this a five-star review because Freida has made this 7 month ordeal a truly pleasureable experience. I just hope the ghost town of 3 employees for the whole store is not what we continue to see as we round the finish line. Floor & decor : You need more Freida's!!!
