We recently purchased a swim spa. They have been true to their word ever since we put the deposit down two years ago. Covid happened and we couldnt get the spa until now. It will be delivered in July. So far they have been fantastic! Update after having the spa for 8 months we are THRILLED with it!! We are so happy we went with the swim spa instead of a pool. We have been swimming and relaxing in the warm waters all winter and absolutely LOVE IT!!

After Ian tore our hot tub to smitherines, we started researching for a new 2/3 person hot tub for replacement. I clicked on an ad for Spa Manufacturers, got a call fromTim who provided me with a terrific offer with a discount for a little scratch. Arrived quickly with two very personable young men to set it up. A loose fitting caused a leak and the company sent someone right out to fix it. Debra from customer service couldn't possibly be more helpful. It's quiet, clean, perfect.

1. The company is local to the Tampa Bay area. This is a big plus. You are not ordering something unseen being shipped to you. 2. The build from small and simple to complex swimming spas which are like swimming upstream in a river. 3. They know their equipment and can help you maintain it and enjoy it without feeling burdened by it. 4. They make service calls. I am handed and actually did my own labor to replace a pump today. But you don't have to. They can come out look at it and fix it. 5. Most of my interaction has been with the parts/service desk. Ian is very professional, knowledgeable, polite despite my numerous questions. It is a pleasure doing business with him. 6. All other staff folks I have spoken to are friendly and polite. No hard sell. The have a good product and can just let you see numerous examples and even see how the fiberglass shells are made right there in the shop. 7. I bought a used tub from a person in Tampa and had it delivered to my yard. It worked great until a pump impeller logically wore out which I just replaced. Otherwise, the condition of my 10 year old spa is Excellent! 10 years later!?? Yes, The finish, the equipment the electronics, ozinator, all are Great. That tells you they DO make a Good overall product. I would highly recommend these folks to any serious buyer. You will not be disappointed! Made another visit to here to get a gasket for one of the waterline. Because they have made a quality product for years, parts are available and it's easy to maintain your spa. I also looked at the possibility of a plunge pool here. They have a nice product about 8x14 worth considering.
