they do make you wait until 10am to unload but they gotta get their trucks out first. overnight parking is allowed.

Victor Distributing Company was an impressive experience through and through! Their counter staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. The warehouse staff picked my order promptly, and even some of their upper management checked to see if I had been helped. Much better than other places where you're just a number.

Fast service quick in and out for contractors

The show room and front desk are stocked and staffed at Victor and with that I was impressed. I couldn't remember why I did frequently shop at Victor. The warehouse is a whole other story. While the warehouse staff seemed to be having fun and enjoying work, as a new customer I waited 30 mins to pick up 2 collars that were on will call for two days. Literally 8 different employees looked at me or walked by without acknowledging me as a customer. The customer service end of getting the actual material after payment was lacking and frankly reminded me of why I don't come here. Had to go in and ask for my card to be credited, before the front end guy walked out and handed me collars that were on a shelf for twenty five minutes. If u want to wait around while on the clock and watch people eat and smoke, this is your place. If you want professional help with actual customer service. Johnston in Tampa is about the only place to get it anymore.
