Very caring and gentle. Gets stuff done, I like that! Highly recommend doctor. Dr. P is the diamond in the rough. Successful bunion surgery 10+ years ago.

Doctor Pavuluri was super nice and I had no issues with the appointment. The receptionist however is extremely rude and I will not return to this clinic because of how rude and arrogant her tone is. A receptionists job requires you to greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner.

Dr. Vijay Pavuluri was fantastic. Had an ingrown toenail that had been bothering me way too long. Went in for my appointment, and the removal was quick and completely painless. No pain afterwards, no blood. Couldn't ask for an easier or better procedure.

On 9/13/23, I had an appointment with Dr. Pavuluri at the Lexington Office. The purpose of the visit was regarding sore toes. First of all, Dr. Pavuluri never reviewed my medical history despite my having filled out the required form. My medical history is quite extensive and includes cancer, diabetes, neuropathy, hypertension and arthritis to name just a few. He looked at my toes and diagnosed ingrown toenails on both feet and on both sides of my toes. I explained to him that I had these odd shaped toenails since I was 10 years old and doubted that ingrown toenails were my issue. I further explained that my mother, grandmother and great grandmother had also had these toes (same toes, both feet). He restated that they were ingrown toenails and picked up a side cutting tool and using great force (one of my toenails was not only misshapen but approximately 1/3 thick) proceeded to cut the nail. It was incredibly painful and I told him so. He ignored my distress and grabbed my other foot and did the same. On the second foot he also cut the end of my toe. When it started bleeding he applied a powder and pressure. He told my husband and I that I would have to have both toenails removed and to schedule each surgery one week apart then dismissed us. When I left his office my feet hurt more than when I entered. After discussion with my husband, we decided to see another podiatrist. The first thing she said upon removing my socks was wow, you really butchered your nails. When I told her it had been done by a podiatrist, she was appalled. She told me my nails were not ingrown, that they were deformed because I have something called a celtic nail. She filed the rough edges Dr. Pavuluri had left on my toes and told me to soak my feet in salt water and advised an antibiotic ointment for the wound on my toe. A week later and my feet still hurt from his brutality. I know that I will never set foot (no pun intended) in his office again. I would like to add that throughout my appointment, he repeatedly looked at his phone and was texting someone. I felt this very unprofessional.
