        Customer service is a complete JOKE. Bank of America is probably one of the worst banks to ever exist. I wouldn't recommend using them to anyone. Even if your dying, it would be better to just lay down and die than to bank with them.

        Seriously, this had the best service. I never go in banks, so I was so surprised by the amazing service I was given. I was waiting 5 minutes for my appointment and already bank members were checking on me. I only had to wait a total of 15 minutes and I was stopped by almost everyone with an apology for the wait. I was baffled. They were so kind and helpful. I only needed a name change, but ended up getting help on several more things. The two Melissa's and Jay were the best.
