        Don't fill out an application first. You should be able to see a house before you spend $50-$200 on applications for each adult. Scam alert! They need to have better business practices. Most of the people in that area are military. Shame on them for taking advantage of people who have risked their life for their country.

        Horrible property managers and owners that will say anything to get you in the lease. I will not be renewing my lease once my term is up. There is no site lighting or parking. The property is 3350 Allen Road off Tiny Town Rd. 1/10 Would NOT recommend.

        This agency will not look out for you. They will not aid you. They will do everything they can to pinch every penny from you, its all in the fine print. If you are someone well rehearsed in real estate and the laws that bind it, youll be fine. For everyone else, be prepared to pay up whatever hidden fees they decide to come up with.

        Christie Miller has been such a great help while i have been living at my apartment complex. She listens to the issues if there are any and is very informative. She works with you to fined a solution and doesn't treat you as just another $$ renting a unit. Glad to have a good property manager on our side! Thank you!

        Hello, I believe that you are referring to the thirty-day notice that we require of all of our tenants when moving out. There is only one fee that we add to your account at move out, our '$100 move out admin. fee'. This is not only listed in your lease but on the notice to vacate form as well. Byers & Harvey requiring a thirty-day notice is also stated in your lease. Your lease agreement is always available for review within your portal, but we would be happy to print that out for anyone who requests that we do so. Additionally, tenants are able to call or email us to request the 'notice to vacate' form and this can be done digitally to provide efficiency. Please feel free to reach out to us directly with any further questions or concerns.
