River Chase Apartments

My family loves living here. Everybody has been so nice to us. I have not been here long enough yet to enjoy the pool yet but can't wait till summer gets here to us it.

Shelby was DISRESPECTFUL . We had questions after applying she was horrible at answering questions the original lady Farroah was helpful but didnt elaborate on what all was needed before we put in applications and paid admin fee . Shelby told me they dont tell people the info that was needed because they want to run credit first which was weird . overall experience was HORRIBLE

I went to the office this morning about my windows and the lovely ladies had maintenance come over right away.

They are a step up from Cambridge maybe? Roaches & mice during my stay there , kitchen flooded 3 times in 3 months, carpet cleaned but never replaced after floodings, swimming pool is used after hours, condoms found in it by their own maintenance crew. Be careful, when moving out they will find a way to keep all or most of your deposit, no matter what kind of tenant you were. Or how nice you left apartment. If u have pets they will find a reason your pet damaged something just so they can keep part or all of security deposit. And the $300 per pet Fee, is not deposit, never minding the additional $25 per month fee you pay for each pet. At the end depending on length of stay you would have spent thousands just to have a pet or two. All about money. But yet they allow alot of things to go on, like smoking pot (3-4 in our building smoked) tenants shooting out apt windows and ricoche off your car, but you are responsible, not the tenant who is supposed to carry rental insurance. Which should not be used if flooding happens, ( which it does often) Drug and crime free what a joke. Lived there 2.5 yrs more crimes than anywhere I lived prior.They have no problem renting to people who have schizophrenia and show signs of acting out. We had one live in our building, they allowed him to plywood his 4 windows with just a peep hole showing.River chase is all about money, they truly do not care about safety and welfare of there tenants .They allow tenants to have dogs on list of breeds prohibited. Total lack of communication with office staff. Most maintenance people are on drugs including maintenance supervisor at time I lived there and management are liars, Penny has bad attitude with people and the owner Rob has allowed her to be rude time after time. Good luck if you choose to rent from them for you will always be at their mercy and they are not all nice. Example of a issue with maintenance...We had one walk in, did not knock, did not say why he was there, once he was asked "why are you here" then he turned round and left, no explanation, nothing. Called office and they stated oh it was a mistake. Really!! Hopefully new ownership and office staff maybe just maybe they can change.. You would have no records since I never gave my name and trust me all this and more happend. This was not a bogus review. I lived there 2019 - 2021.
