        Ive had a chlorine pool for over 30 years. Over the last few years, Pool Man tried to persuade me to switch to a salt system, but I was not open to change. When chlorine prices went through the roof, they convinced me that I should switch to the salt system. Now, after having the salt system for 2 years, I wish I wouldve switched to this system several years ago. The salt system lowered my chemical cost and reduced maintenance substantially, not to mention all the other benefits that we have experienced. Im grateful to Pool Man for convincing me to make the switch.

        Terry urinated on my deck and bushes what an embarrassing company Originally I had a great interaction with this company in 2021 I left the original review below. Now I would give this company a 0 star. They belittled my wife when they messed up and didnt have the pool cover (second time they did this last year too.) Then Terry called my wife a liar and had someone on speaker phone while he said awful things about her and talked about our yard (we had trees fall and we are cleaning up). Terry and the woman scheduling them are rude and I would tell everyone I know not to use this company. They lost a customer for life sad thing is we were going to redo the pool spring of 2025 with new heater and everything They We had a warranty repair needing done on our pump and the first company the manufacturer sent us to just sat on our information for weeks. When we were connected with Pool Man, they solved our problem in 2 hours. We had the pool up and running in no time. They made a life long client of us. Thanks!!!!         Do not use this company. They over charge and dont do what they say. Had the worse experience with Terry I dont know if he is going through something personal but he is taking it out on clients.
