Worst establishment i've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Started service, they didnt show up to pick up my trash for 4 weeks. Every week apologizing and saying they would be there the following. This place blatantly took my money and provided me no service. Never ended up being resolved, had to cancel service. Do not start service with them Service: Junk removal

When they were still in business 2 years ago... they were great. Advance Disposal bought them out and has been sub-par ever since. Services: Junk removal, Appliance removal & disposal

Scheduled and paid for a dumpster a month early to correspond with vacation. Also made arrangements for family help to clean up home. They were a no show on Scheduled date which was a Monday. Called, waited on hold 30 min. They posted my payment to wrong account. Told someone would call to set new time. No one called. Called again Tuesday and was told the same that someone would call. No one did. Called Wednesday and got supervisor involved. Still didn't hear back. Thursday morning!, now 4 days into vacation, i sent urgent email to supervisor (they wont give out phone numbers) and she called me right back. Said she was finally able to reach dispatch but they won't be able to deliver until Wednesday of the following week. I had to cancel because i would be back at work. Waiting on refund, expecting it will post to someone else's account.
