Chicken prices high & chicken is to small for to cost so much. Just enough for A 3yr old to eat.2 piece & A Biscuit look like should cost $3. Just that small

Hello, I am a concerned customer who is very concerned about the customer service at the KFC in Clarkdale. It is common courtesy to be polite to all customers. However, the staff does need professional development in how customers are to be addressed and treated. Having said, plain English will do; knowing how to speak with customers( good afternoon, good evening etc). Its very sad to employ people who dont want to work. Needless to say, attitude is everything to keep the establishment opened. It is hoped this will be corrected and if not your company may lose its business and customers. Perhaps , those employees who are working the window should be fired very poor service! Thus, this company is opened because of the customers who spend money on a daily basis. Please note, there is much needed improvement in the areas of customer service at the Clarksdale Branch. Where is the integrity of these employees?
