Dr. Torres was rude and condescending towards me. It took a really long time for her to find a contact that fit comfortably in my eye but she made it seem like I was being picky. I felt like it was unprofessional. The front desk is also a little unorganized and miscommunicated several times about whether or not my contacts were ready for pick up.

Update: the Dr's exam was thorough...but the front staff mixed things up. I had authorization from insurance for a contact and eyeglasse exams. This exam is 100% covered by my insurance...just like two years ago when I went there. Also my insurance alots $350 to pay for eyeglasses OR contacts. Contacts didn't come, been 1 day short of a month (last time the eyeglasses never came) ...so I cancelled the contacts...now the office personnel says 'oh that $350 will be going to the exam' !!! So not true, as exam was 100% covered already. This place is very dishonest...now I cannot even get glasses instead!! I have filed a case against them...twice burned...should've known better. Stay AWAY from this office!! Too bad...because the Dr is great!!!!

This office gave us the wrong prescription that was WAY OFF by over a point. While on spring break the prescription was filled. My son could not see through them at all. I called to have them send a corrected prescrition since he was away from the area and on spring break at home. They said they could only TELL me the correct prescription but not send a new prescription. I had to pay for a new eye exam and two new pair of glasses to be made. I called for a refund because they were so inadequate, but they refused!! Because of THEIR MISTAKE they caused me to pay for a new exam with a Dr. in my area and a new glasses. I would never go there again and I suggest you don't either.

Dr. Torres is an excellent doctor. She is caring, thoughtful and an expert in her field. I have never had such an extensive exam. The office staff is also very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Torres for all of your eye care needs.
