        I went to purchase ground beef that was on sale for $1.99 per pound. The cooler was empty, so I asked the meat department if he had any more. He had a cart full of boxes of the ground beef. He takes 4 out from one of the boxes and puts it in the cooler. I asked for 4 more. He replies, "you can only buy 4 on the digital coupon!" And I tell him I'm buying 4 for me and 4 for my elderly parents. Then he said "it's 4 per cart!" And I replied it's 4 per customer. And again he said "it's 4 per cart!" So I told him just give me 2 then. And he said "you'll have to pay regular price!" I was so upset when I left. I live out of town and I come to Portland 2-3 times a month to help my elderly parents. He was so rude to me that I almost have to wonder if he was racist towards me. I hope the management has a talk with him! It was on Sunday March 19, 2024 at 2:30 pm.

        My son bought me an arrangement of roses for Valentines Day and they were dropping peddles on his way home with them for me. He should not have purchased them because they were already dying and wilted but he said that was all they had. They were awful for 50 dollars! Don't buy flowers from Safeway on 122nd and Sunnyside rd in Clackamas Oregon
