        Did not have a pleasant experience today with the dog groomer department. Was told a price, then was charged more on pickup. Not professional at all. Manager did not help. I was also threatened another charge if I did not pick him up one hour after the phone call I received when he was ready. Do yourself a favor and use your local groomer and not this price gauging excuse of a store.

        I order from this PetSmart a lot and always get great customer service and my orders delivered on time . I made a mistake ordering from petco the other day and it made me appreciate the awesomeness of this PetSmart and PetSmart company as a whole . They are always ready to help and fix anything to bring customer satisfaction. Ive had great experiences with customer service as well so I would definitely recommend PetSmart and this location.
