Endri, you were towed in off the highway at 3am, when our team came in at 8am we stopped everything in our shop to help you and to look at your tactor trailer. You wanted us to rush through your truck and were constantly badgering us and complaining that it was ridiculous that it would take so long. The owner told you we are not a drive through shop, and we were doing you a favor to get you back on the road as fast as possible. We have cameras on all our tow trucks and our entire property, and it was proven nothing happened to your truck while in our care. We are not crooks, if you went to a dealer, they wouldn't even look at your truck for weeks. We did our best to help you, you were rude and disrespectful stating you didn't trust us, we told you it was you choose to have us fix your truck or you could take it elsewhere, you choose for us to fix your truck. We had you fixed and rolling out of here by noon for a charge of $500 dollars, how are we crooks? Your review is a joke. We are good people, and it is clear you are an ungrateful for our help, and I hope the next time you break down you realize by their bill and how you treat them just how helpful and fair we really where to you.
