        We have bad experience. The CPA is not focus. It is like he is just a rubber stamp. His assistant does a better job answering the question. He seems to be more  focus on his side business. it is hard to ask him question. He is all over the place. After 3-4 years, he does not even know the number of companies we have with him. I would NOT recommend this CPA. Go somewhere to save your money.
