So,I bought a Volkswagen Jetta form Bobs and they were all giddy about me purchasing it. Oh its a great car one owner old lady. Bla, Bla, Bla. Then 6,500 miles Down the road, conveniently after their cheep warranty was voided, my clutch goes out Im now looking at a 4,500 dollar bill to replace this because the Jetta has other mechanical needs associated with the replacement of a clutch. Be warned never buy a car that has no maintenance history thats above 100,000 miles. They will get you every time!!!!

I bought a car here a year and a half ago. I paid 6 grand. The salespeople made me feel like I was walking in on their club, and I felt rushed and uncomfortable. Just wanted to get it over with and get out of there. A week later the front brakes went out, and I found out there was a bunch of leaks and axle issues. I paid to replace. Summer came, surprise! The AC doesn't work. Replaced. I put over 3k into fixes by then. Now, a year and a half after buying the car, I take it in for a tune up and am told it has structural damage from the inside out, and is unsafe to drive anymore. Now I need to buy a new car. Again. Well, not from Bobs this time. Invest your money in a better vehicle if you can, and get an SERIOUS inspection.

my husband test drove a vehicle that had no reverse gear! upon returning back to the lot, the lady at the desk shrugged and said sorry about that we didnt know that. Do you not test drive your own vehicles? how unsafe, i wouldve loved to sue if something happened upon test driving and a reverse gear was needed. lazy workers

Was quite a drive away but worth the trip. Was amazed at the volume of vehicles there. Prices reasonable in all ranges. Would go back for sure!
