Mica did a wonderful job! Great communication and was extremely professional and pleasant. Explained everything to me and was quick and also thorough. My couch has a second life and I will maintain with yearly cleaning! Will absolutely use Braxton again!

Amazing! From a customer service view: Easy to schedule with. Had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. Arrived on time. They even still take cash for payment!
For the cleaning: Will cleaned my carpet and was very thorough. Answered my questions. Got up a couple tough stains. Very friendly! My carpet looks brand new and smells amazing.
I will most definitely schedule with them again and request Will!
