Really happy with this company! I had an old system that gave out on me. Victor is super honest and gives you realistic expectations and possible outcomes. He came put to try and fix it but ultimately still didn't work put. Because he was so honest and his effort to always get there so quickly made the decision to use him to replace the system so easy!! Great company to trust to do business with!

Victor did not show for 2 different appointments and did not call to reschedule. I ended up rescheduling and after waiting more than hour after scheduled appointment needed to cancel. No apology

I called smart choice after searching on Google for an AC repair company. The reviews for Smart Choice was exceptional and I decided to give them a call. The next day Victor came out and took a look at the AC unit and gave us an estimate for the repairs. Victor was professional, timely, and the estimate was reasonably priced.
