Worst mammogram experience ever had. Painful & xray technician wasn't careful or friendly. I told her she
was hurting me but she didn't respond. Then to make matters worse I got a call from my doctor's office today saying the results were inconclusive and would have to be redone. There's no way I would go back there.

This entire dignity health system is absolute trash. "Dignity" is a joke & "health" is tragically laughable. Mediocre from tech capabilities to scheduling "policies" to customer service, to the lack of care given to patient in serious health situations or anything more complicated than a sprain. I despise "dignity health" & highly advise just going to a larger, more capable hospital for diagnostic procedures if you're younger than 60 or have chronic illness. Dignity health does not want to do anything more than basic family health & they literally cannot help you if you have any further complications. Had a simple port removal here & it was torture & I've had more complicated procedures done with less pain & agony. Not one moment with this system has been helpful or comforting that I'm getting the care needed at a decent standard of care. Yall need serious help with your culture of patient care. Never once did I feel safe, listened to or cared for. Disgraceful to your oath.
