Think twice before buying from this store!! Very bad quality and an even worse service.
I bought a sofa and love seat leather recliners and also paid an additional $170 for the warranty. The warranty came with a 5 year supply of leather cleaning products. 2 years after the initial purchase the leather is peeling and cracking everywhere. I went back to the store just to be told that peeling is not covered and, get this, the cleaning supply refill is a courtesy that's no longer available. Furthermore, they claimed that the store was bought by corporate and that they don't have to honor previous commitment made by previous employees.
Bottom line is that if you don't want to feel like a sucker, then don't buy from this store.

My mom purchased a sofa, love seat and 3 tables here. She has been having issues with the quality of the furniture since day one. We haven been calling this store for almost 7 months and no one has been able to help. We call and ask for a manager and they are always unavailable. Horrible service in this location.

I would give it zero stars. My overall experience was the worst!!! My mother bought furniture and she decided to return it, but the manager did not let her. He was very aggressive towards the situation. The managers name is Mark Smythe. He is one of the worst people she has encountered in her life. He is inhuman and treats people very cruelly. When she was speaking with him he kept yelling at her and he kept saying he would call the police. My mother started crying because he started treating her very bad. What kind of person does that? The guest is always right no matter what. And by the way she could call the police on him. I definitely do not recommend you to buy any furniture or deal with these people at all. If anyone tells you to take any items for free don't do it! It is a trap! It is a scam! They don't warn you that once you take a single piece of item out of the store you will have to pay every piece of the furniture the item came with.
