My internal medicine doctor referred me to Nexus Physical Therapy back in 2014! Their team of therapists really helped cure my injured shoulder from carrying a heavy folding table. I was so happy with the place and team!8 years later, I was happy to hear that  they were still in business and doing so well! This year, I referred my 87 year old Mom and sister for therapy. My mom took a fall and had fractured her shoulder and wrists. They are very patient working with her and Mom says she likes it here.  My sister also has been in therapy for her back and posture throughout the year and also says they are good and likes it here!Thank you Nexus  for caring and working so well with your patients!

Been going to Nexus PT off and on since 2019 and I love the people who r there helping me. The receptionist is very friendly and always willing to help with scheduling ur appts at a time that will benefit u. The therapist are there ensuring ur doing the exercise currently to help u in ur recovery. The best group of people of professionals.

I had physical therapy at the South Chula Vista Nexus a couple of years ago, stopped for the pandemic, and am now going again. The back and neck problems I have are not going to get better, as they are age-related, but the pain and function problems they cause can be improved, so I'm optimistic about improving my flexibility, strength and balance. My back is still killing me, but my other problems feel a bit better. The staff at the South Chula Vista Nexus are all really nice. They listen, explain and demonstrate the exercises, and accentuate the positive. They're very patient with clients, overcoming language barriers. Although I leave there a bit achy, I still enjoy going.
