Alberto is my go to guy for everything pertaining to real estate. I have completed 3 total transactions with Alberto. He helped me when I was a first time homeowner to purchase a condo in a mid rise downtown. I then sold that property to land my current home in Rancho Bernardo. I am very satisfied with my current home and it is the home that my 3 girls will grow up in and make many memories. I would not be able to achieve the American dream without Alberto.
Regarding commissions Alberto charges the lowest in the industry allowing either the buyer or seller to save thousands.
