First my most chief complaint is that Dr. Czer is my doctor and is never ever available and I'm always forced to see someone else in the office.
My second complaint is the front desk people refuse to do their job. They don't actively check faxes until you call and bother them. They also don't check for electronic referral recommendations from other doctors that your PC needs to sign off on.
My third complaint is their phone system which does not tell you what hours this office is actually open or when lunch is or what holidays they're taking off.
It's a miracle #1 when you get to speak with a human and a second miracle when they finally decide to do their actual job.
I'm leaving this office in 2022. I'm tired of this for 3 years.

I have been to 4 pulmonologists and none of them have been better then Dr. Czer. He is patient, kind, well mannered and well presented. He listens well and answers questions politely and takes care in his practice and patients.

I was extremely upset when I showed up to my appointment about ten mins early and was turned away. I was told that I needed to be at my appointment a half hour early for being a new patient. I have never been turned away from a doctor for being early. I needed to see a doctor and was not given that privilege with no questions asked. I will never go back!
