        This is the best complex in Chico. Excellent management, very quick response if you have anything needs to be fixed in the apartment. I love the location also. Very close to everything, quit and safe.

        A nice place to live, good mix of families and college students. Management takes care of maintenance requests quickly and effortlessly.

        I lived in this complex for a little over a year. It's a semi nice complex to live in. However after moving out don't expect to get your deposit back!! I spent over 10 hours at least cleaning my apartment before moving out. And now they say that I owe them money out of my $800 deposit... There is no way filling in some nail holes, repairing a small carpet patch, cleaning carpets professionally (required at this location) and any small cleaning they may have had to do cost over $800... Very dissatisfied and I do not recommend this complex now.

In order to ensure satisfaction for each new resident, we uphold high standards for the condition of each apartment before a new resident moves in. Some of the costs that added up on your deposit included blind cleaning/replacement, patching/painting on walls where holes were made, and carpet cleaning (as well as the small replacement that you mentioned).
