Uniforms To You

I was so excited for finding a real uniform store, but was such a disappointment. There is not a big selection of products or sizes. The staff is not helpful, nor attentive and not polite...they have to thank me for coming and purchasing. I am the one the spends money there. Where is the old customer service? I don't think I will go back!

Not the best customer service over the phone when I had to call and check on my order after I hadn't heard anything in two weeks. She said she'd call me back and never did. Spoke with her the next day and she had no apologies for the lack of attention to my order. The woman I dealt with at the store was pretty cooperative and friendly. I had an order form so didn't really look through their supplies but the place seemed pretty big and well stocked.

Unbelievable. I purchased something here and then came to return it several days later. Instead of refunding my credit card they charged me twice. I called THREE TIMES about this and each time they told me they would take care of it and I was never refunded. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Oh joy!

For once it would be nice for a uniform store to offer a large selection of men's scrubs. This is not that store.

Placed order, it didn't come for 2 weeks. I emailed them and they said they would look into my order. They quietly sent me my items without any further follow-up. The receipt with the order shows it was processed and my card charged when I emailed them 2 weeks after the order was initially placed.
