Consequently, I had to initiate a separate civil lawsuit, leading to increased time and financial investment. If you require both eviction and a money judgment, it is advisable to seek a different lawyer. Additionally, their response was sluggish and unsatisfactory.

AMAZING! Cannot recommend highly enough. I worked with Michael and he was highly knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and friendly throughout the entire process. I was previously dismissed by many other attorneys and it was such a frustrating process, but Michael was receptive/ understanding and very efficient. His attention to detail allowed for me to exit my lease early without issue (something many other attorneys told me was not an option without paying heavy fees). His rate/ the price was very reasonable as well and certainly worthwhile. Michael answered all of my questions in a thorough and timely manner and while I hope I do not have any other apartment/rental concerns going forward, it is such a relief to have a reliable contact just in case.
