First let me start by saying the staff was amazing everyone was respectful and professional! Rosa as amazing she took care of me big time. I hadnt been to a dentist in over 30 years I am sure my mouth was not the best to work on, she kept me informed and calmed. The before and after pictures are remarkable if I dont see it with my own eyes I would say no way. My smile and confidence are back and I am loving it!!!!!!

I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist, I get very nervous when it comes to getting work done. My past experience with other dentists was ok and some were not so great. So it was time to switch to a new provider and I came upon The Chicago Dental Studio, Mayfair. And I have to say, I was very disappointed at myself for not coming here in the 1st place. Hands Down, the minute I walked in, I felt that welcoming atmosphere. The office is very clean, the staff is Top Notch, and the music they have playing is kickass :) My first office visit was with Dr. Ralston and he was great, went over everything on my treatment plan, and showed me my teeth on their tv screen which to me was very important and got a better understanding. My second visit was today, with the dental hygienist, I believe her name was Jovanna. She was great, she made me very comfortable, explained every step she was going to do with my deep cleaning. A+ service. I'm so happy I found this place, and I'm here to stay. So, those of you that are looking for a new dentist office, Trust Me, this is the place to be, great staff and the most important thing you will notice here is that they truly care about their patients, you're not just a number to them. You won't be disappointed. :)

The hygienist Maria was very professional, informative and friendly.
Would recommend to anyone.
