Trying to reach this store to order contacts and the phone number does not seem to be working

Very satisfied with the whole experience. Staff are very helpful. Dr. Ward is a good optometrist.

Had an eye exam and glasses made here.  The exam was fine.   The glasses started blurring and could not be thoroughly cleaned after 4 weeks..  I learned that this was due to the anti-reflective coating that target uses.

Instead of explaining my insurance was not accepted the receptionist mislead me and did not explain that their facility was out of network. Waste of time as now I have to call my provider to help a different office retrieve my benefits. Not that hard to explain. I then had to call several times to cancel my appointment.

My experience here was bad from start to finish. While booking it became perfectly clear that they only cared about how much they only cared about how much they could bill my insurance. When I arrived, they were friendly enough, but left me waiting for my appointment while directing to browse their selection with really nowhere to sit. Then once the exam began, someone who is not an optometrist administered a retinal exam. Whoa boy, she told me I kept blinking and forced me to retake the test over and over again, it got to be painful staring into a bright light. Then I get the to see the dr, beware, they still use the old school glaucoma tests that blow air into your eye. The exam went ok, but they were unable to give me trial contacts on the spot. Fair enough. I was told it would be about 3 weeks for the contacts to arrive, ok, no problem. 4 weeks go by without them calling me, so I call them to follow up - of course they have been sitting there for 2 weeks. I go to pick them up and all is well, they tell me to take them home and I do so. Big mistake. I should have tried them on there, I get home, and honestly, I can see better without any contacts in my eye than I can with the ones they provided. I am done, I am just going to go a real eye doctor and start over. Never again Target Optical.
