Southwest Lawn Mower & Snow

After having a good experience with Southwest Lawn Mower and Snow Blower Service a couple years ago with my lawn mower, today my son and I brought my snow blower for repair and service. However, unlike before, I had the occasion to be served by the owner. After giving me three estimates ranging from $125.00 to $175.00, he appeared to be upset by my trying to understand for what services he was basing his prices. After, saying that he was upset because I was "off" this holiday and that he had to work. I once more asked aside from the hammering out the couple bent blades and proving a couple clamps..."what did the servicing of the snow blower include", ...he asked me to leave his shop and said that he didn't want my business. After being stunned by his dismissal, my son and I silently turned and removed the snow blower form his premise and walked away. The experience was my first time receiving such abrasive, insensitive and unprofessional service, I must admit that I left feeling troubled by his unwillingness to answer my questions and effectively verbally throwing me out of his shop. However, I will agree to never again attempt to give him my business.
