This shop is awesome! I had an attempted theft on my car that completely ruined the steering console and my back window. My insurance company recommended Elite and Im so glad they did! The tow that was originally booked by my insurance was taking forever to come out and pick it up. The Elite team reached out to me to ask when I was planning on bringing the car in and I told them I was waiting on the tow. They immediately offered to send a tow from their shop and bill it to my insurance. I cleared this with State Farm and the tow was outside within an hour. The Elite team was very communicative about the status of my repairs and even completed them early. They gave my car back to me suuuppper clean, too! Im talking it felt like a brand new car All in all, they made a stressful time much easier to navigate. Should I need additional services in the future, I will be booking with Elite on Jarvis.

They are honest and they do good work. I also like the breaking down of their hourly rates and charges too.
