We highly recommend Follyn Builders! They completed a major project on our 1910s single family home - some foundation work, a 2nd floor addition, remodel of half of the 1st floor, cosmetic improvements, etc. - and it all turned out beautifully. John & Ann were so easy to work with (and very patient with us when decisions had to be made), all of the workers were professional & capable (and very tidy!), and the work is so well done. They gave very realistic estimates of cost & time and worked hard to have the project done in a timely fashion. We hope to use them again in the future and can't recommend them highly enough!

I highly recommend Follyn Builders. I was in a situation where I needed to gut rehab a studio condo that I had just purchased quickly. I talked with several builders and John was the only one who could meet my time line. I couldn't be happier with the end result. John helped with selections, offered great ideas/suggestions, was easy to work with and completed the entire job in a little over four weeks ... on budget. Fantastic contractor!
